Description

Jindi Camembert is a rich creamy cheese made from full-cream milk. Beneath its white mould lies a luxurious oozy interior which may have a chalky heart, but is considered ripe when, if pressed, has a slight level of resistance. Its firm texture ensures it looks great for extended periods.
