Usage Instructions
1. Preheat Oven to 180°C (Conventional/Gas) or 160°C (Fan Forced). 2. Remove split bird from all packaging and place onto a lined baking tray. 3. Cook for 35 minutes covered in foil, then remove foil and cook for an additional 20 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 75°C. 4. Baste the chicken in its juices/marinade whilst cooking. All appliances are different, that's why it is important to use this as a guide only. Handling Chicken Safely: 1. Keep fresh product refrigerated. 2. Always keep raw chicken refrigerated and separated from other foods. 3. Always thaw frozen chicken completely before cooking. 4. Wash hands, work surfaces and utensils thoroughly in hot soapy water, before and after handling chicken. 5. Always cook thoroughly. If frozen, thaw in the refrigerator prior to cooking. Once thawed do not refreeze.
