Ingredients

Turkey (76%), Marinade [Water, Modified Starch (1412), Mineral Salts (451, 450, 452, 508), Soy Protein Isolate, Salt, Vegetable Gum (407a, 415), Whey Protein (Milk), Food Acid (331), Sugar, Dextrose (Maize), Maltodextrin (Maize), Yeast Extract, Vegetable Oil, Spice Extract], Herbs, Dehydrated Vegetable (Onion), Vegetable Powders (Onion Garlic).

Usage Instructions

How to thaw: Thaw in the fridge for at least 36 hours or until completely thawed. Ensure the product is kept refrigerated and cook within 36 hours. Do not re-freeze once thawed. How to cook (All appliances are different, that's why it's important to use this as a guide only.) Thawed: 1. Preheat oven to 180°C Fan Forced 2. Remove foil roast tray from outer packaging and cover with foil. 3. Place the roast onto a baking tray and into the preheated oven. 4. Cook for 1 hour and 15 minutes.To allow the roast to brown remove the foil for the remaining 15 minutes of the cooking time. 5. Remove the roast from the oven and allow to rest for 10-15 minutes. 6. Take the roast out of the tray, carve and serve. Frozen: 1. Preheat oven to 180°C Fan Forced 2. Remove foil roast tray from outer packaging and cover with foil. 3. Place the roast onto a baking tray and into the preheated oven. 4. Cook for 2 hours and 15 minutes.To allow the roast to brown remove the foil for the remaining 15 minutes of the cooking time. 5. Remove the roast from the oven and allow to rest for 10-15 minutes. 6. Take the roast out of the tray, carve and serve.

Storage Instructions

Keep Frozen. Store at or below - 18°C.
